Orchard Gathering Package — 51–75 Guests
$1,000 | Four Hours

Host your larger gathering in the orchard setting of Reed’s Sweet Wine. Available for birthdays, reunions, campfire gatherings, bridal and baby showers, celebrations of life, and corporate events.

This package provides four hours of reserved event-space access for 51–75 total guests. Setup and cleanup must take place within your reserved time. Your event space, layout, preferred times, and any additional restroom needs will be confirmed with us.

Optional services are priced separately. A 50% deposit reserves your date, with the remaining package balance due 30 days before your event. Requested extras are confirmed and invoiced separately. Just let us know what options you’d like to add to your reservation!

Wine Scavenger Hunt — $20 per participating person
Add a wine scavenger hunt to your private gathering. Events including this feature are strictly 21+: every attendee must be at least 21 years old, including anyone not participating in the hunt. No children may attend. Participant count and scheduling must be confirmed in advance.

Ice Chest & Ice Service — $125
Add an ice chest and ice service for your gathering.

Outdoor Kitchen Rental — $300
Add access to our outdoor kitchen during your reserved event time. Equipment access and intended use must be confirmed in advance. Food preparation and catering services are not included.

Firewood Package — $100
Add firewood for use in the venue’s designated fire pits, subject to weather and applicable burn restrictions.

Cornhole Boards — $50
Add cornhole boards for your guests to enjoy during your reserved event time.

Event Cleanup Assistance — $200
Add venue cleanup assistance after your gathering. The scope of assistance will be confirmed in advance. Personal belongings, decorations, and vendor equipment remain your responsibility.

Reception Chair Rental — 75 Chairs — $225
Add a rental set of 75 chairs for your event. Layout and availability will be confirmed in advance.

Reception Table Rental — 8 Tables — $80
Add a rental set of eight tables for your event. Layout and availability will be confirmed in advance.

Additional Event Hour — $150 per hour
Extend your four-hour private-event reservation. Additional hours require advance approval and are subject to availability. Events must end by 10:00 PM.

Day-Before Access — $500
Request access the day before your event for preparation or setup. Access hours and availability must be confirmed separately. Selecting this option does not automatically reserve the preceding date.

Depending on your event details, a refundable damage deposit and/or additional restroom rental may be required. We’ll confirm any additional charges with you before finalizing your arrangements.
