21+ age requirement for our Wine Hunting Events.
Tickets entered for a door prize!
530pm check in. (5pm if you would like to eat before the hunt!) Wine hunt starts promptly at 6pm unless everyone checks in early.
This is an outdoor event! Please dress for the occasion. Plenty of shelters are available in case of rain .
*You’ll be required to select a delivery or pickup option for your ticket when purchasing. Please select the FREE pick up option. You do not have to pick the ticket up. We will write your name on your tickets and you may get them the day of the event.*
Attached is our liability waiver for this event. By purchasing your ticket, you are acknowledging the assumption of risk as follows;
I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participating in the Halloween wine scavenger hunt in the orchard involves certain risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, uneven terrain, intoxication, and exposure to outdoor elements. I understand that the event takes place in the evening, which may increase certain risks, and I confirm I am aware of my own physical condition and capabilities.
Release and Waiver of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in this event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, orchard owners, and property managers from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise out of my participation, including but not limited to injury, illness, or property damage.
Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless all parties mentioned above from any claims, damages, or liabilities, including legal costs, arising from my participation.
Medical Treatment
In case of emergency, I authorize event personnel to seek medical treatment on my behalf, and agree to be responsible for any costs incurred.
Photo and Video Release
I grant permission for photographs and videos taken during the event to be used for promotional and documentation purposes.
Safety and Conduct
I agree to behave responsibly, follow safety instructions, and not consume excessive alcohol or substances that could impair my judgment during the event.
Certification
I confirm I am of legal drinking age and physically capable of participating in this outdoor night event.
