EVENT LIABILITY, WAIVER, AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Welcome to Reed’s Sweet Wine. We are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests. Our events take place on a working Orchard and winery property with natural and man-made features that require every guest to exercise reasonable care. By purchasing a ticket, making a reservation, entering the property for any event, or participating in any activity hosted by Reed’s Sweet Wine, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand The participation in activities at Reed’s Sweet Wine involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to: 

* Uneven ground, grass, gravel, dirt, paths, roots, rocks, and natural terrain

* Orchard trees, vineyards, landscaping, fences, and agricultural equipment

* Fire pits, propane, fire features, outdoor cooking equipment, and hot surfaces

* Weather condition conditions, including rain, mud, wind, heat, cold, smoke, and reduced visibility
* Wildlife, insects, bees, wasps, spiders, and other natural, naturally occurring hazard

* Slips, trips, falls, or other accidents associated with outdoor recreation

* Consumption of alcohol, alcoholic beverages

 

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending and participating in activities at Reed’s Sweet Wine. 
 
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Guess our responsible for acting safely and responsibly at all times.

Guests agreed to:

* Follow all posted signs and staff instructions.
* Supervised children at all times

* Stay within designated guest areas.

* Consume alcohol responsibly.

* Never drive while impaired.

* Immediately report, unsafe conditions to staff.

ALCOHOL POLICY 

Alcohol is served only to guess who are 21 years of age or older with valid identification, as required by Washington law. Reed’s Sweet Wine reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone who appears intoxicated or who cannot provide valid identification. Guess our responsible for arranging safe, transportation, if alcohol has been consumed.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY 

To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, I release and hold harmless Reed’s Sweet Wine, it’s owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, and representatives from claims arising out of my participation in activities on the property. 

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES 

I understand that Reed’s Sweet Wine is not a medical facility. In the event of an emergency, I authorize staff to contact emergency medical services on my behalf if I am unable to do so. Any medical expenses in incurred are my sole responsibility.

PHOTOGRAPHY 

Reed’s Sweet Wine may photograph or record event events for marketing and promotional purposes. By attending, I grant Aunt permission for my image to appear in photographs or videos, unless I notify staff in writing before the event.

AGREEMENT 

By purchasing a ticket, making a reservation, or entering the property for an event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this event, liability, waiver, and assumption of risk.

PURCHASING AN EVENT TICKET, OR COMPLETING AN EVENT REGISTRATION CONSTITUTES YOUR ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE OF THIS WAIVER.
